However, there could be some consensus at WRC-23 to provide the appropriate regulatory provision, taking into account appropriate Method(s) and associated limit(s) contained in the CPM Report, which, on the one hand, ensures the continued operation of AMS and MMS stations in the frequency band 4 800 – 4 990 MHz and, on the other hand, facilitates the use of the above mentioned band for IMT.
